As the warrior numbers thin down, each confrontation would be forced towards a conclusion. Epic battle this one is! (I mean reading and believing so is something and realising it is something else)!

Another doubt. Bhima faces off Karna on day 14. Once he beats him fair and square. Next time, he almost beats Karna (like breaks bow, chariot, kills horses) and a Kaurava brother comes to give Karna relief. Bhima kills that brother and again fights Karna. It repeats till+
Totally five times, Bhima dominates and there is a host of Kauravas coming to rescue Karna. He kills them all. Only the sixth time, Karna wins over Bhima. Should I record as 1 duel gone in favour of Karna or 6 duels where 5 go to Bhima and last one goes to Karna? Advice pls

Day 17 morning is super messy! Everyone is attacking everyone. I am tempted to put it all into one large general battle.
Shalya showed better leadership than Karna. Even if for half a day. The Armies are so united and give a tough last mile to the Pandavas. Possibly he might have done it better than even Drona??? cc @sri9011 @arnab_epic

OMG!!!! The warrior who faced maximum Divyastras in a single duel AND counteracted them..... Any guesses?
It is Yudhishtira (By the mentioning of the variety). He faces and counteracts Drona's Vaaruna Yamya Agneya Savitr Tvashtra Aindra Prajapatya Brahma astras with his own!
This is just by the mentions. We don't know if Satyaki or Arjuna faced more but Sanjaya did not detail it.

Reviewed Bhishma Parva to verify, after looking at the low numbers. Realised that I missed three battles of Bhishma. One victory, one loss and an NR. In process I also realized one of Duryodhana's NR battles was actually a loss. Against Drishtadyumna! 😒
