Address means: patient’s present location
Age and Sex are sought to rapidly figure out bed availability in over-crowded situations. Especially for babies or geriatric patients.
Present Condition: wheezing or respiratory trouble, fever, diarrhoea or any unusual symptoms
Doctors work faster if you declare your co-morbidities. Hiding them will not get you faster treatment.
Requirement: be clear, what are you asking for? Bed? Tele consult? Ambulance? Oxygen cylinder/concentrator? Blood or blood products?
Name and Number of person forwarding the request: Why? Because if your patient/attendant is unreachable, they can inform you.
Doctors and Health personnel lose precious time because people dump msgs without bothering to sort through the request. #savetimesavelives
