In Chapter 53: The citizens confronting Levi and the Scouts which gives more worldbuilding for the inner walls as well as the general population This later becomes comes back in Levi´s talk with Dimo Reeves
This entire scene between Levi and Dimo Reeves in Chapter 54 completely gone, reduced to Atoms Which is very unfortunate since it again adds to the worldbuilding of the inner walls and fleshed out Reeves more.
After the Conversation with Dimo now here in Chapter 56 is Levi showing the trust he now has in the Reeves Family
Levi forcing the role of the Queen upon Historia with the only chance of her escaping that fate is to fight that and hit Levi back Which then happens in Chapter 69 Because this was cut out Historia hitting Levi in the Anime doesn´t really make that much sense
This then leads into Levi monologuing and giving us a lot of introspection into his character. This monologue gives a lot of Light on Levi´s character that rationalizes his behaviour and actions This is a key scene for understanding Levi and just doesn´t exist in the Anime...
That scene ending with Levi giving Historia the choices and leaving it up to her and Historia accepting the Role she was put in There was a scene like that in the Anime but wasnt impactful as because of the cut out context(Levi confronting Historia first and then his monologue)

Past like Chapter 62 there isn´t much cut out content The Second Half is overall much more faithful to the manga Couldn´t find any major cut out Levi content past this point
