Just spotted: very small cluster of variant associated with Southern Africa with very long branch length and really awful Spike mutation profile including RBD - K417N, N440K, G446S, S477N, T478K, E484A, Q493K, G496S, Q498R, N501Y, Y505H

@PeacockFlu The case detected in Hong Kong has been staying in South Africa from Oct. 22nd to Nov. 11th. He had a PCR negative result before flying from HK to SA, and another negative after arriving at HK from SA. His 2nd test result was positive on Nov. 13th during qurantine.
