A STEP-BY-STEP PLAN ON HOW YOU CAN START A 7-FIGURE BRAND HEALTH & WELLNESS BRAND BY WATCHING A VIRAL TIK TOK Without... • testing dozens of products • being an experienced marketer • investing thousands of dollars into something you aren't sure people want

The quickest path to making money is by solving a problem for someone else. A problem that's so painful they're willing to pay whatever price you're asking so they don't have to deal with it anymore. So what problem should you solve?

One of my favorite ways to find new problems people are dealing with these days is to watch tik toks. Not passively but actively listening to what people are talking about, what they wish they had more of, what they wish they had less of, what they're struggling with etc.

That's how I stumbled across this viral video. It's a video of a creator revealing her secret to how she never has razor burn, specifically around her sensitive bikini line etc.

She goes on to list a few things alternatives she's found work as well as shaving to remove hair but don't leave sensitive areas bumpy and irritated like: 1. Ball trimmers 2. Sugar Wax

This video went SUPER viral and was her most viral video of the year 🤔 It's obviously a VERY common problem and painful problem. That's perfect. It means we can make money from it.

How? We are going to sell a solution that helps women get rid of their hair AND not have razor bumps.

What solution/product should we sell? The exact one she mentioned in her video. Ball Trimmers. But we're going to make it specifically for women!

Step 1: Sourcing 🚚 I found these pastel, sensitive area trimmers for $4.99

Step 2: Can we sell it profitably? 💸 Now that we know how much we can buy this product for, let's see how much we can sell it for and if it still makes sense to pursue this idea. A quick google search shows us that similar products are selling for anywhere from $65 to $125

💸 : Our goal is to sell it for AT LEAST 70% margin (bare minimum) and Ideally 80% or greater. So we're gonna go to

omnicalculator.com/finance/margin

💸 : At $12 total product cost (rounded up from because $4.99 seemed super low, there's shipping costs, can never be too safe here) we can get an 70% margin by selling it for $40

💸 : But my gut is telling me we can charge $59.99 for this. Which is an 80% margin and gives us more room for marketing and other unexpected costs (there are always unexpected costs in ecom)

Step 3: Your website/branding 💻 We want to position this as a premium product (you aren't the cheapest option) So don't call this "Women Hair Trimmer" Give it a cooler name like "The Bianca" or "The Aphrodite"

💻: And make sure your website is clean. Don't over do it. White background. Black text. Pastel undertones. Simple text logo from canva. Free shopify theme. Keep it simple.

Step 4: How are you going to market it? 📈 The very first thing we're gonna do is a deep dive and learn as much as we can about why women don't like razor bumps.

📈: Here are some of the things I found - they aren't cute (words from the markets mouth) - they hurt really bad - feel like everyone else is staring at them

📈: Now that we know WHY they hate razor bumps, we have to brainstorm some ads that will get our markets attention and make them want to buy our product.

📈: The best way to do this is by studying the posts and ads that have already gone viral solving the same solution in the past. Here are some of the common ad styles/formats I found that do extremely well in the women's grooming niche and related to razor bumps:

📈: advice from big sister (very organic style video from someone older than them or more knowledgeable, done is homey places like car or bedroom or bathroom)

📈: explainer videos "5 shaving mistakes you're making that cause razor burn"

tiktok.com/@shop.ecotivit…

📈: following trends (dances, sounds, jokes, etc)

📈: To start marketing, I reccomend you create tik toks just like the ones we posted above. Do so 3-4 times a day for 30 days and don't quit. Sales will start rolling in as you get better and better.
