The World of Harry Potter Has A Crazy Crossover With Deaf People
I had a deliciously good laugh at my callous criticism of Nyle DiMarco’s YouTube video. Why? His absence of accurate facts on Harry Potter! I thought that he should’ve already done better than that! I mean, c’mon! You know as well as I do that I don’t necessarily despise him.
I don’t, though.
I don’t have problems with Nyle DiMarco as an activist for his generous support of the Deaf Community and the use of sign languages. Tyra Banks quoted her words on the TV reality competition of America’s Next Top Model that Nyle proved the world wrong.
I half-heartedly agreed with her on the “kicking ass” part! Well, good to know that Deaf people can kick ass!
So… Congratulations! Deaf people are experts at identifying the similarities of behavioral culture in the World of Harry Potter to their lived experiences. They can empathically be related to and determine which archetype of the following 12 categories:

Dr. Bell is why Deaf people were BANNED from working in boarding schools with deaf children. He believed they should be BANNED from having sex with one another, so they can’t have deaf children. He falsely warned everyone that it could cause a DEAF PANDEMIC IN THE CHILDBIRTH.
The tightly-knitted community of American Sign Language, both deaf and NOT deaf, already tried to DISCREDIT him for making false claims.
Unfortunately, the American Medical Association actively supported Dr.Bell’s Nazi-style ideology, normalizing ableism, oralism, and speech therapy services.
He is an icon to many ableists because they endorsed, contributed to, and believed in him as a result of The Eugenics Movement.
In the 21st century, minors are now RARELY using sign language in an early-aged development process, which is less common when they become deaf. They were forcibly studying the art of LIP-READING, acquiring COCHLEAR IMPLANTS, and adopting other communicative techniques.
2. DEATH EATERS
“Death Eaters” was coined by the TERF author J.K. Rowling to define a domestic terrorist cult of witches and wizards that were so blindly devoted to their Lord Voldemort.

NOW, WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIKE ASL? Deaf Eaters (followers of Alexander Graham Bell) sightlessly devoted themselves to eugenic bias and ableism.
Two nouns: AUDISM and ABLEISM, can be easily found on the Internet and social media. ASL users have often dealt with a Deaf Eater in any hostile incident of DISCRIMINATION BIGOTRY.
It defines the meaning of the “audiological bigotry" of two nouns that are frequently used by Deaf people: “Audists” and “Audism.” They don’t really use “ableists” or “ableism.”

3. HALF-BLOODS Both Professor Severus Snape and Lord Voldemort were half-blooded wizards! Snape's mother was a Muggle, but his father was a wizard, if I’m NOT mistaken! Tom Riddle’s mother was a witch, while his father was a Muggle, depending on which one you ask.

NOT all Deaf Americans are married to each other, though some are, as it depends on whom they choose as a loving companion. Biological offspring of two parents who may be DEAF, HARD of HEARING, OR, NOT DEAF, but biologically linked to one of their parents being deaf, or NEITHER!
Some families are SYNCHRONOUSLY combined with and without disabilities in a shared context of integration. However, the mixed families are NOT close enough to be “half-bloods.” It’s just that the similar concept of Tom Riddle and Professor Snape is fascinating, though!
There is NO guarantee that children born deaf will share hereditarily with the following generations, even though SOME DO & HAVE! Statistic reports have been verified repeatedly over the years that THE DEAF DNA randomly skips at the time of birth rating!
Children with the ability to hear that are born to two Deaf parents are officially named CODA (Children of Deaf Adults).
Deaf adolescents and Deaf adults were randomly classified as “MODERATELY DEAF,” “PARTIALLY DEAF,” “LATELY DEAFENED,” “HARD OF HEARING,” “ONE-EARED DEAF,” and “PROFOUNDLY DEAF!” As you can see from those labels above, they have been included in this DEAF IDENTITY SPECTRUM…

For your information, if you’re NOT deaf, those medical terminology words are only relevant to the deaf person in the absence of sounds. Remember, NOT everyone in the DEAF IDENTITY SPECTRUM is primarily fond of these ridiculous labels that put them in a social setting.
Sometimes, you can develop your identity as a function of your disability status as you like.
Also, if one or several persons refer to themselves as labels they like, you should respect them. Why? Because these people are NOT your problem if they put themselves in the auditory checkboxes that way.
I don’t have to agree with my friends seeing themselves when they say who they are, but I respect their personal choices. Why? Because it’s NOT my story to tell, and they know about their personal experiences better than I do!
You should NEVER say “HEARING-IMPAIRED” to Deaf Americans. Why? It’s pretty inconsiderately offensive, trust me. As an ASL user, NOBODY wanted to pronounce “hearing-impaired” in a self-diagnosed identity to describe your disability.
Please avoid writing or saying the HI word in any language, especially the American English dialect! ASL users will NOT tolerate it in any way!
Don’t do that! Don’t you dare think of going there! Don’t!
Two groups of humans consistently refused to learn American Sign Language: the Audists (Audism) and the Lateral Ableists (lateral ableism). They both are comfortable saying or writing two words: “hearing-impaired/impairment.”
It’s a DEROGATORY definition of Deaf people TO SAY THAT THEY'RE spiritually, psychologically, and physically broken FOREVER.
Just because you’re deaf isn’t the reason you’re broken! That’s NOT the best way of diagnosing your disability! Trust me, it’s NOT even close to disability visibility!

DEAF is widely accepted by the active members of Gallaudet University, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, and the Deaf Community in 50 states with a seal of approval.
If you visit these sites with an intense concentration of ASL users (both the Deaf and Hearing alike). You will calculate how often they mention “deaf” in human hands, including written and spoken English. Believe me, it’s a lot of plenty numbers!

Legimimency would’ve been overwhelmingly beneficial if it was available in REAL LIFE, right?! We wouldn’t require learning sign language or instruct by someone with a heavily-detailed knowledge.

As a HEARING PERSON, it is NO different when you have been adequately trained by a parent while listening to these sounds at a young age. You were only a few months old when adults could barely understand baby talks, right? Right?

AT LEAST 95 PERCENT OF DEAF BABIES ARE BORN TO HEARING PARENTS IN MULTIPLE STATISTICAL TYPES OF RESEARCH!
Why are deaf kids handcuffed when non-deaf kids are allowed to learn sign language in the same picture? This art doodle belongs to Amy Cohen Efron. Parents of HEARING BABIES have been lightly advised to learn sign language within two years and in the meantime.
Deaf newborns, on the other hand, are forced to learn lip-reading and practice oralism with speech-language pathologists!
Can you see the great irony in this? Yes! It’s absurdly paradoxical that non-deaf infants may learn everything, but deaf children fail to meet the minimum requirements!

6. “YOU FILTHY LITTLE MUDBLOOD” VS. “NOT DEAF ENOUGH”
You’ve probably seen Emma Watson as Muggle-Born Hermione Granger in the Chamber of Secrets iconic scene.
Draco Malfoy named her “Mudblood,” and the purebred elites have verbally abused her because she is a remarkable example of a marginalized woman in social prejudice and discrimination.
Bellatrix Lestrange used her wand to bloodily engrave the MUDBLOOD word onto the arm of Hermione Granger.
As a Deaf American, I have had many prejudiced experiences in boarding school. Sadly, some members of the ASL community were SOCIALLY EXCLUDED and became pariahs due to their status quo standards.
For example, you can be rejected by your friends in tight-knitted cliques and elites, gangs and cults; posses and social circles.
These elitist folks have banded together to oppress others who are underprivileged!
Gallaudet University has been home to many prejudicial incidents like this one, which is NOTHING NEW! Check out Netflix for the first eight episodes of DEAF U. One cast member expressed dissatisfaction with herself for NOT being deaf enough to enroll in the Deaf Elites.
You could call them a cult if you want to. If you’re NOT accepted by those elitists due to the selective circles of friends, then absolutely NOTHING you can do about it! Create your own family of friends because you won’t be invited to these selfish cliques!
