9. Chase your passion, not money. 10. Take time for yourself. 11. Pay money to get ahead. 12. Get a mentor, it pays off tenfold.
13. Your network is your net worth. 14. You're the average of the 5 people you hang out with. 15. Alcohol and drugs can ruin your life. 16. You've got time to have fun, focus on building yourself first.
