@ephraimnjegafan @ephraimnjegafan I do believe the main problem in building a house is the notion that you want to build your dream house. There are logical options that won't require you to get hooked into 15-20 year mortgages. If only people knew the houses they can build with 2-4M
@ephraimnjegafan People need to move from a good house to their dream house just like you do with vehicles. But avoid mortgages base don your current income/ revenue status as you may not know your state in 5-10 years from now
