You need to make better time for yourself.

How are you spending it? Are you doing something interesting, useful, meaningful, or pleasurable with your time? If the answer is yes, you’ll end up getting much more out of an hour than if the answer is no

Going for a run? Good for your health. Working on a side hustle? More money. Reading a book? More knowledge. But just sitting around, looking at instagram reels of other people’s lives? Zero return.

What’s ur ROI on how you invest your time?Have half an hour-u go for a walk.Or stand in the balcony smoking browsing FB feed. You’re investing time into one activity, and you’re getting back something else in return–whether that’s a better health or a smoker’s cough.

You need to stop wasting your time on technological distractions. You pull out phone to send an urgent message and then spend 30 mins browsing SM feeds and forget why in the first place you pulled the phone out.

One way to practise avoiding this habit is not pulling out the phone when standing in queue maybe at the coffee shop or airport check in. Staring at a phone has become the default, go-to activity for many of us, whenever we have any empty time to kill

Next time you’re waiting somewhere and feeling the itch to pull out your phone- STOP.Ask yourself, is there some urgent you simply must gain access to right now? Or have you just become uncomfortable spending time with your own thoughts or observing the world around you?

Reclaim some time for yourself. Perhaps there are better ways to relax and energize yourself. You’ve got to schedule your “me time” into your days and weeks. Your life is in your hands!
