The morning routine to win your day by 10 AM:

Wake Up at 5:30 AM Getting up at the same time every day is crucial: • No phone calls or notifications • Separates you from 99% of people • Gives you time to connect with yourself Once you’re up, the quiet time alone is unmatched.

Go for a Walk The first thing I do every morning is take a walk outside. Adding a morning walk into your routine: • Clears your head • Allows you to get present • Gets you into “limbic motion” → tells your brain it's time to work 10 minutes to set you up for success.

Iced Americano My morning cup of coffee is my daily highlight: 1. Cues me into work mode 2. Increases focus and dopamine 3. Gives me something to look forward to I wait ~90 minutes after waking up to drink caffeine to prevent an afternoon crash.

3 Hours of Deep Work You'll get more done in 3 hours of deep work than 9 hours of distracted work. No phones, notifications, or emails. High-Quality Work = (Time Spent) x (Intensity of Focus) All you need: • Physical To-Do List • Iced Americano • Deep Work Music

Plan Your Morning the Night Before Having a plan: • Decreases anxiety • Enables better sleep at night • Reduces the time between waking and working By 10 PM every night your brain is burnt out from work. Instead of forcing down more tasks, plan out your next day.

Take a Break and Lift Weights I lift weights 5-6 days a week. Weightlifting is proven to: • Boost testosterone • Increase energy and focus • Raise overall mood and well-being Give your brain a rest while giving your body a boost.

No Meetings Until 2 PM So many people want our attention. The ability to focus on ourselves is the #1 key to success. So, for the first 9 hours of the day, I am focused on one thing. Myself. Doing this allows me to, in turn, give my best to others.

I run a (free) Productivity Workshop in 7 days. I'll be giving away a $149 playbook for free. I'd love to see you there 👇
